What you are purchasing
The free calculator is available without purchase. The paid product is one digital project cash plan for $49 USD, using one set of inputs submitted at checkout. The pack contains a downloadable report, cash schedule CSV and timing comparisons. It is a one-time purchase with no recurring subscription. Availability is shown before checkout.
Digital delivery
A confirmed payment unlocks your report automatically at a private report link. Delayed payment methods unlock after payment confirmation. Download and keep your files. A purchase covers the submitted snapshot; a different job or a changed input set requires a new pack. You can test changes in the free calculator before buying.
Planning only
The tool performs calculations using your estimates and the assumptions shown. It is not accounting software, a lender, financial advice, a legal opinion, a guarantee of profit, or an enforceable payment schedule. You remain responsible for input accuracy, tax treatment and decisions. Check applicable deposit limits and contractual payment obligations before proposing payment changes.
