JobFloat is operated by Atlas Flooring LLC. This notice explains how we handle information when you use JobFloat.
Free calculator
Your calculator inputs are processed in your browser. A temporary draft is saved in this tab’s browser session storage so you can return from checkout. The free calculator does not connect to your bank or read your accounting system. Please use a job nickname rather than a customer’s personal details.
Optional visit measurement
If you choose Allow, JobFloat records campaign labels from the link you followed, a random visit ID, visit times, and whether you explore the calculator, start and calculate your own job, view the sample or open the purchase details. Calculator figures and job names are not sent in these measurement events. Our first-party visit records do not include full referring URLs or advertising click IDs. Untagged visits may be classified by a recognized referring website or recorded as unknown.
A first-party visit cookie expires after 30 minutes without measurement activity. Your Allow or Decline preference is remembered for up to six months. Visit records are retained for up to 90 days and removed during subsequent measurement activity. If you start checkout while measurement is allowed, the campaign labels and visit reference are saved with the order so we can connect a confirmed payment to that visit. Those order references remain with the order for reporting and support. Campaign labels are indicative attribution, not proof an ad caused a purchase.
Declining does not limit the calculator, sample or paid pack. We honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track browser signals for this measurement. Changing your choice stops future measurement; it does not automatically delete earlier order records. No Meta Pixel has been added.
Optional Google ad measurement
Google ad measurement starts only after you choose Allow in the current measurement notice. An earlier choice for first-party measurement alone does not turn it on. Declining, Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track keeps it off. The calculator and paid report work without this choice.
When allowed, Google receives limited visit and advertising information, such as advertising click IDs, browser and network information, and a purchase event after our server verifies payment. The purchase event contains an opaque transaction reference, the $49 product value before tax, and currency. We exclude calculator figures, job names, customer contact details, private report links and report access tokens from the measurement payload. We do not enable enhanced conversions or personalized advertising through this tag.
Google may set first-party advertising cookies to connect an ad click to a purchase. A separate consent cookie remembers this choice for up to six months, and a local browser marker helps avoid sending the same purchase twice. Changing your choice stops future events and clears the Google advertising cookies accessible to our site. Google handles information it receives under its privacy policy. You can change your measurement choice below.
When you buy a report
The inputs you submit at checkout are stored to create and deliver that report. Order records contain the job inputs, order ID, payment session and payment intent references, payment status and timestamps. A secure cookie can restore your private report link in the browser where you started checkout for up to 30 days. Payment card information is handled by Stripe; JobFloat does not receive your full card number.
Service providers and access
The app uses hosting and database services provided through ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare. Stripe processes payments. These providers may process request, payment and security information under their own policies. We use short-lived hashed network identifiers to limit repeated checkout and measurement requests.
Your report link
A paid report is accessed through a private, unguessable link. Anyone you share that link with can read the report. Downloaded reports do not include that access link. Keep a copy of your files and treat the link as confidential.
Retention and requests
Paid reports are retained to provide downloads and billing support while this service operates. Download your files for your own permanent copy. For an access or deletion request, email info@getjobfloat.com. Required transaction records may be retained separately.
